History
How this site came to be

Making this site has been a long process. Like everyone else, I first heard of Jarvis in 2004 when his video for "Radio" premiered on 106th and Park, and song quickly became my jam for the summer. From then I was a supporter. But months past and I didn't really hear much about him anymore. The only information I could get on him was his official website (which isn't up right now, and I forgot the link lol). I never forgot about him though. In 2006 he popped out of nowhere with a bulletin asking someone to make him a layout on his myspace page, and my sister volunteered me to do it, and I accepted. A year had went past and I had my first fansite on the net for hip hop due 2XL, which is closed at the moment, and Jarvis had been talking about coming back out. Immediately I thought about making a fansite for him also. I brought it to his attention, and he thought it would be a good idea. I couldn't think of a name for it, so I asked him, and he thought of Jarvis Is Back! I liked it and went with it. A lot of things got in my way from starting the site but it's finally here. Thanks to for-fan.org for hosting me, the fans, and Jarvis for supporting the site. I want it and Jarvis to be around for a long time.
